On a busy night we just need something quick, but also delicious. Sometimes that doesn’t leave us with a lot of options as the quick and easy can also be filled with nasty things that can “wreak havoc” onto our bodies. Even the so called “diet” just cook and serve dinners are horrible for us. No matter what the title says they are full of artificial ingredients, flavors , tons of sodium and tons of sugar. Anything that says “low fat” has more sugars and artificial ingredients in them so they still taste good then regular full fat products. When you finally get down to it all these companies are just gimmicks and are actually way worse then they like to lead on. Have no fear my beautiful people there is still a way to have a quick dinner and still eat organic and clean. My honey dijon pork chops take 30 mins to make , can be paired with anything and also freeze really well for meal prep.
Combine everything in a bowl, mix well. Line a cookie sheet with foil, trust me it makes clean up so much easier. Lay the pork chops on to the pan take a spoon full and spread the mixture on the top and bottom of meat. Be sure to leave some of the mixture in the bowl for when they are done,
Pop in the oven pre heated at 400 for 13 mins, then flip using a spoon take what has dripped off the on to the pan and spoon it back on to the meat. Bake for another 12 mins. Spoon what has dripped off back on to the meat again, take remaining mixture and spoon onto the tops now broil for 2 mins, flip spoon what has dripped off back on top and broil for another 2 mins.
